Rick Sanchez discusses the hate culture that has currently become the norm in this country and how it can affect us in our personal and professional lives.  Sanchez states that we are more fulfilled by what we hate than by what we love.  Hate is addictive because we have so much access to it through social media and what we see on television.  Forgiveness takes hard work and is not nearly as enjoyable because it’s a lot easier to criticize than to find solutions to problems or differences.  Sanchez concludes that it is impossible for us to grow as human beings when we are consumed by hate.  By eliminating hate, we will be happier, healthier, more successful, and more fulfilled.
