Rick Sanchez welcomes therapist, author and life coach Robert Mack to discuss his proven techniques for achieving personal and professional happiness.  Mack proclaims that happiness is a learned skill that you must work for, while being negative is easy and lazy.  It all comes down to making daily decisions like changing your environment, not isolating yourself, being resilient and being optimistic no matter the situation.  Sanchez agrees that it’s all about happy activities, surrounding yourself with happy people, having happy thoughts and clearing your mind of all negativity.  Your happiness is inside you; you just have to learn to tap into it.
