Rick Sanchez welcomes show producer Scotty Mednick to discuss happiness and the mistakes people make trying to achieve it.  They both agree that fear of failure is the biggest detriment to success and happiness.  Another detriment is taking things for granted and not pausing to appreciate the moment.  When striving for happiness you must be proactive.  Stop thinking about it and take action, and don’t get caught waiting for the bus… start running.  We waste too much time worrying about the problem instead of attacking it.  Sanchez concludes that you must live for now, live for yourself and enjoy the process.  Remember that happiness is not a destination, but rather it’s all about the journey.
