Rick Sanchez analyzes the current situation in news media and comments on the mind-boggling lack of Latino representation on network television and cable.  It seems that news outlets have every subgroup represented on television except for Latinos.  Why?  Sanchez is joined by show producer Scotty Mednick and they break down the possible reasons for this situation, as well as what it says about the state of journalism today.  Sanchez is brutally honest about why he was fired from CNN and details the humiliation and stigma that he felt in the aftermath, especially when he received no support from his former colleagues, and instead was criticized and ridiculed.
