Description
In this episode, we’re talking about seafood, because something fishy is going on and it stinks.
This topic was a listener request, so thank you for participating in the discussion and requesting an episode on seafood so that we can dissect what’s going on in our seafood supply chain and dig into what the heck is in the food on our tables.
A lot of seafood is imported into the U.S., and a large percentage of it is "farm raised", which is not only big business but it's also toxic to our environment and our neurological health. What's worse is, so much of the seafood that is imported into the U.S. is done so illegally, it's unregulated and it's unreported.
Just that alone should make you wonder, "what exactly am I eating, what has IT eaten, and where is it from?" Listen in and find out some answers that might leave a "salty" taste in your mouth. And make sure to share this episode with someone you love who eats seafood...their brain will thank you!
