Beef. It’s what’s for dinner, they say. But what else is it?
In this episode we’re talking about beef, as an industry, as environmental, health and economic challenges, as well as the industry as a whole and how it contributes to our lives and basic products we use everyday.
No matter what side of the debate you're on, beef pervades our lives in many, many ways, so it’s worth digging into to learn exactly where we need to focus the blame - and it isn’t on ALL beef producers.
It’s a tricky issue, especially when we consider choice….at the end of the day, if the billionaires and global corporations have their way, we won’t have choice...or beef.
We’ll have alternatives, probably more plastic, and forget about lipgloss and ceramic plates.
