Description

Sometimes I catch myself judging the cycles of life. I judge myself for not feeling my best. Doing this is like judging winter for being cold. It’s natural and essential that we go through seasons of change. Learning to trust that when you’re feeling down, there is no point trying to force things. Honouring what I feel has been one of the biggest lessons for me.
In today’s life, I share insights into how to navigate the seasons of change. Trusting your cycles. Taking your hands off the wheel and letting life drive. Life will always take us to the destination we’re meant to be at, we MUST learn to stop judging the route it takes.
