Ingrid says getting on the phone and talking to a prospective coach is the most important way to see if you have a good feeling about a coach. You need to have chemistry with your coach. Ingrid talks about the launch of her mastermind program, She’s Got Brand. It’s a membership program to help women find and retain clients. She wants to help people do what she’s done. You don’t have to have a pro card to be a successful coach, but you have to show up authentically. Celeste asks Ingrid how she sees the bikini division evolving. Posing is one of the biggest factors of your presentation. It not just about getting shredded. Ingrid recommends hiring a position coach and being open to change.
