Description

Host, Celeste Rains-Turk, speaks with Jody Andrews, 5 times Masters champion from Canada who earned her pro card at North Americans in August 2019. She was born in Alberta, raised in Ontario, and now lives in British Columbia doing treat reviews of foods that aren’t in Canada and running her real estate business connecting buyers with agents near them.  Tune in to hear how Jody was able to improve her physique and become a professional athlete with the guidance of her Team Atlas Coaches. She shares how she improved her posing with intense focus and post-it notes. Jody opens up about what it is like to be in a relationship with someone who does not approve, appreciate, or support her passion for competing. Jody also shares how she approaches people who do not agree with her way of life.  Jody tells us why she does treat reviews, how she has shifted away from being so food focused, and preparing for what happens post-show mentally. She shares how following her coaches guidance and staying mindful post-show has helped her in her reverse diet along with spacing out her treat consumption. She also shares how she has been able to put her body image into perspective post-show. Jody gives her mindset on staying humble and always being happy to be where you are.  Connect with Jody Here:  https://www.instagram.com/jayelle_a_ifbbpro/ https://www.facebook.com/jodyrealestate/   FOR ALL SHOW NOTES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND REFERENCES MADE VISIT: WWW.CELESTIAL.FIT/PODCAST
