In this episode, Host Celeste Rains-Turk, speaks with Sarah Gayden, a Culinary School of San Diego Graduate who is the owner and chef of Fit Fusion Nutrition a meal prep and healthy catering company as well as the founder and owner of Sarifitness LLC which is a distributor of fitness apparel which by the way is super super cute, on top of all of this she is studying to get her NASM certificate for personal training while being a posing coach, mother, and wife.  Tune in to hear all about Sarah's experience through her amateur years to earn her pro card then she took over 18 months off, had her baby, launched into motherhood, and then prepped for her pro debut! She opens up about how that process was, how her perspective and lifestyle has changed since becoming a mother.
