Rapidly write out 15+ reasons/fears associated with your refusal of the thing you claim to want
Anchoring & Pattern Interrupt EXERCISE:
“Now, every time I __(insert self-sabotaging action)___, because I am avoiding ___(the desired action)____, I will notice and deliberately break the pattern by ___(an immediate action)___. I am excited to ___(what you desire to create)___!
Example:
“Now, every time I hit the snooze button, because I am avoiding going to the gym, I will notice and deliberately break the pattern by putting my feet on the floor. I am excited to become fit & healthy!”
