What is EFT? It’s the emotional freedom technique, essentially it’s tapping. It seems a bit out there but it is brilliant for you. From pain to limiting beliefs, money worries, phobias, EFT has your back. This week on The Wellness Way, Philly will tell you her story of being introduced to EFT.

In 2018 after her best friend had died, Philly was in a bad place emotionally. She had taken back to her bed and couldn’t sleep and just cried with grief and stress. 
On the morning of her wedding anniversary, Philly woke up and was going to post on her social media wishing a happy anniversary. But she couldn’t bring herself to do it, instead she wrote that after a happy marriage her and her husband would be separating. The problem with this was that she had neglected to tell her husband of children about this. 
 Philly was in such a dark place that she had to do something radical to get her out of it. This was when she was invited to her first  EFT event.
EFT is acupuncture without the needles, you shift your energy and is amazing for absolutely anything that is wrong with you. 
If our energies get stuck while travelling through our bodies it can cause problems and disease. EFT helps relieve those blockages and allows the energies to move freely again.
