Welcome to this Christmas special of the Wellness Way. This is a time of year that some people feel overwhelmed and they might be missing somebody that they loved and they lost. Our guest today is Susan Kennard, who is known as a Spiritual Scientist. Susan is a trained psychologist and psychotherapist and has been a therapist specialising in helping people with trauma for over 20 years, but her path left the traditional route and moved into a spiritual one. She is also the author of ‘Awaken the Light Within Your Heart, A Guide to Self-Healing’ book that made Susan a winner of the Hay House writing competition. At the end of this podcast, Susan will be giving us a guided meditation.
