I want to start this by saying this is by no means about criticising women with cellulite. The reason I did this podcast with Len is because I get so many questions from women - How do I get rid of cellulite??Len is one of the women in our Winatlife program, she's in her 50's and has two kids. She is just so funny and gorgeous. She always keeps it real and post's the funniest videos in our Facebook group. When Len joined the program she not only suffered from extreme digestive and menopausal symptoms she also had a lot of cellulite. She's not only fixed her digestive and menopausal issues but she's also seen a huge improvement in her cellulite. If you had to my Instagram page you can see more of her before and after photos.
