This podcast is all about real solutions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal pain. I’m here with Dr. Josh Levitt, who draws on the science of both conventional and natural medicine and has a really unique approach to dealing with musculoskeletal pain and orthopedic pain. He shares his wide-ranging approach to this and why it’s much more than just addressing the acute pain. He also talks about how he got started as a naturopathic doctor, the root causes of pain, the mind-body connection, understanding inflammation and how it relates to pain, and so much more!
He’s also the founder of upwellness.com, which is a new company. I’ve been using some of their products and am really enjoying them. While we touch a lot on pain in this one, he has expertise in a lot of different areas and he is am amazing resource for all of his patients.
