Kristin Patrick is the EVP and CMO at the youth-oriented, fashion and accessory company Claire's Stores, Inc. The firm goes to market with two brands, Claire’s and Icing, and has about 2,500 stores globally. Claire’s is also, by far, the industry leader in ear-piercing services.With its retail stores and a burgeoning e-commerce and subscription business, Claire’s revenue is about $1.5 billion; the company is owned by Elliott Management Corporation and Monarch Alternative Capital. Kristin has been CMO at Claire’s for about 14 months. Prior to this role, Kristin spent seven years at PepsiCo, where she was Global Chief Marketing Officer.
