But really, wtf is diet culture? It’s a term that’s being used and thrown around a lot, but how do we define it and know if the information we are consuming is diet culture or not?   Today’s podcast episode explores this in detail, sharing the definition of diet culture and giving concrete specific versions of diet culture in detail.
