Description

This year of my life has met me with the most changes, the hardest moments and the most rewarding moments of my life. I’ve never better understood duality of emotions than before this year, and I learned it from both my business and from becoming a mother. I wanted to use today’s episode as an opportunity to get more personal than I usually do with you, and share a lot of the behind the scenes, the emotions...the things I’m afraid to tell you.   In this episode I share how I’ve battled a lot of stress, worry and overcame a lot of fear this year surrounding big changes in my life, becoming a mom, business transitions and all the emotions that came with big life changes.   So here’s to a crazy 2019! You taught me so, so much. And I would be lying if I didn’t say I hope 2020 is  little less all over the place, but if it is I’m here for that too. Here’s to a 2020 of chasing dreams, of living life the way we envision and living according to our values, let’s do that together!     Get Victoria’s FREE E-BOOK: The Holiday Survival Guide.   Resources for you: Learn more about our services at Nourishing Minds Nutrition.
