EPISODE 56:  RE-IMAGINE AND RE-INVENT  Practitioner Profiler (PP)- Welcome to our Positive Psychology Practitioner Profiler  where we highlight ordinary people that are doing extra ordinary things! Each practitioner is one of our graduates of the CertifIcate in Positive Psychology Program. Find out the exciting ways people are putting the science into practice within their Communities, Organizations and Lives.  In this episode, Emiliya Zhivotovskaya CEO & Founder, The Flourishing Center highlights Shelley Tupper a certified Professional Coach and Practitioner in Positive Psychology. She is a trained MasterMind and Resilience Training Facilitator. Her leadership coaching experience began from her first course in public speaking and professional development with Dale Carnegie and became 15+ years of supporting executives.  Think about a time you needed advice, a sounding board, a bit of guidance. Seeking perspective, you consulted your inner circle - your partner, family member, friend, colleague, or boss. We have all needed this person at one time or another – a personal champion, advisor, or advocate. Shelley, For years, listened to executives and individuals yearning for support. Sometimes they can get it from their inner circle, but often they want an ‘outside’ ear, an objective sounding board. The more she listened, the more she began reimagining her own role as a coach and she thought about how she could better support those coming to her for guidance. Shelley’s aim is to give individuals the tools to help them to become the best version of themselves. Some questions she addresses are;  What ignites and inspires you? How do you see your future self?  It is never too late to reimagine and redesign your future. If you’ve come to a crossroads, a middle road, or can't see the road, Positive Psychology, coaching and resilience training can help guide you to your better future self. Listen in on how Shelley Tupper integrates positive psychology into her career. She offers workshops, coaching, masterminds, resilience training, and podcast called Shellcast.  Stop your mind and look at what is possible!!  You can reach Shelley at: https://www.shelleytuppercoaching.com  For Full show notes & more information on what we have to offer: visit The Flourishing Center at:  www.theflourishingcenter.com
