    PREFACE

    In my cookbook, I show you how to make cooking easier. Everybody has certain foods they love to eat. Some of the foods I love to eat are chicken, pork chops, steak, catfish, tilapia, salmon, roast, and hush puppies.

    I created catfish coating, chicken coating, dried basil, restaurant black pepper, creole seasoning, and onion powder mixture. All of the ingredients are given for catfish coating, chicken coating, and dried basils, restaurant black pepper, creole seasoning, and onion powder mixture.

    Canisters are used to hold your catfish coating chicken coating, dried basil, restaurant black pepper, creole seasoning, and onion powder mixture. You can make as much as you want. You can also use canisters for corn meals, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, etc.

    One of the first things you should do is buy canisters. I use more than one size canister. For the foods I cook often, I use a large canister. For example, if I fry chicken often, I don’t want to keep making the coating every time I fry chicken. If you noticed, I give you a lot of goods you can cook with chicken coating you need to cook the amount of food you want to cook. I always leave a small amount of water in
