    Chicken with Shredded Carrots

    Enjoy a Hearty Appetizer ! Yummy!

    PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes

    Cooking time: 6 hours

    Total Time: 6 hours, 15 minutes

    Servings: 2

    Ingredients:

    2 small shredded carrots, snip into 2 inch pieces

    1/4 cup chopped onion

    1/2 shredded celery rib, snip into 2-inch pieces

    2 medium green beans, fresh, snip into 2-inch pieces

    2 small halved red potatoes

    14 ounces bone-in chicken breast, halves, skinless

    2 cooked, crumbled bacon strips

    1/4 teaspoon basil, dried

    1/2 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules

    1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried

    Ground pepper to taste

    Pinch of salt

    3/4 cup water, hot

    Directions:

    1. In a large crock-pot, place the carrots, onion, celery rib, green beans, red potatoes, chicken breast and bacon accordingly.

    2. In a mixing bowl, add the basil, bouillon granules, thyme, pepper, salt and water. Mix well.

    3. Transfer the mixture over the veggies in the crock-pot. Avoid stirring.

    4. Place lid, cook for 6 hours on low or until the veggies become soft.

    5. Remove meat and veggies from the crock-pot. If desired, heat the cooking liquid until well thickened for gravy. Serve warm.

    Honey Garlic Turkey wings with Pork Loin

    You will find this meal so delicious, you just taste!

    Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Cooking time: 6 hours

    Total Time: 6 hours, 10 minutes

    Servings: 6

    Ingredients:

    1 teaspoon cumin

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    2 teaspoons chili powder

    3 teaspoons lime juice

    10 tablespoons honey

    5 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium

    2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

    32 oz. pork loin

    48 oz. turkey wings rinsed and halved

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, add cumin, garlic cloves, chili powder, lime juice, honey, soy sauce and olive oil, and then puree thoroughly.

    2. Put the pork and the turkey wings at the base of a large crock-pot. Pour the mixture on top. Using a wooden spoon or a spatula, stir the sauce mixture and the meatballs thoroughly to coat.

    3. Place cover and then cook on high for about 6 hours or on low for about 8 hours. Serve instantly.

    Beef Meatballs with Cream Sauce

    What a nice treat to make your meal time fantastic. Yummy!

    Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Cooking time: 4-8 hours, 20 minutes

    Total Time: 4-8 hours, 40 minutes

    Servings: 12

    Ingredients:

    For Meatballs:

    2/3 medium breadcrumbs

    16 oz. ground beef 

    1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste

    1/4 teaspoon onion powder

    1/2 teaspoon salt or taste

    2 tablespoons milk

    1 egg, large

    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

    4 beef bouillon cubes

    1/4 teaspoon Allspice, ground

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    2 - 3 cups water

    1/2-2 ounces pasta, uncooked

    1/2 cup sour cream

    For Cream Sauce:

    3 tablespoons butter

    3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose

    1/2 cup milk

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Add the breadcrumbs, ground beef, pepper, onion powder, salt, milk and egg in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine using hands and then form into small round shapes.

    2. Transfer to the base of a slow cooker pot. add the  ground nutmeg, beef bouillon cubes, ground allspice and Worcestershire sauce, stir with a wooden spoon or spatula and then add water.

    3. Cook for about 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low heat.

    4. In a large pot that is set over medium heat, melt the butter, and then combine the all-purpose flour, stir to mix thoroughly.

    5. Combine the milk, stir frequently until bubbles and the sauce becomes thickened.

    6. Transfer the sauce to the slow cooker pot and then beat to remove lumps.

    7. Combine the pasta, cook for additional 20 minutes.

    8. Add the sour cream, stir to mix. Serve instantly.

    Honey Buffalo Meatballs with Mongolian Beef

    Prepare this recipe for your family and guests, they will ask for more.

    Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Cooking time: 8-10 hours, 20 minutes

    Total Time: 8-10 hours, 40 minutes

    Servings: 8

    Ingredients:

    32 ounces pot roasts shredded and remove excess fat.

    1 cup water, put 4 tablespoons aside

    2 teaspoons minced ginger

    3 minced garlic cloves

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    2 and 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
