Teamwork is the most important ingredient to success. It is extremely difficult to measure, but its impact cannot be ignored. When people come together and set aside their individual needs for the good of the whole, they can accomplish what might have looked impossible on paper.

A team is made up of members who trust one another on a fundamental level and are comfortable being vulnerable with one another about their weaknesses, mistakes, fears, and behaviors. They get to a point where they can be completely open with one another, without filters.

A team is a small number of people who share common goals and rewards, but a team is
