Author was aircraft engineer in armed forces for 15 years and executive in public sector bank in supervisory cadre for 24 years. He has masters in psychology. During his various assignments, he underwent lot of experiences from manpower planning to material and money maintenance in different parts of India. He had specialization in helicopters during his military services. In banking service, he managed to scale up few branches to well run standards and therefore he was awarded best Branch Manager of State Bank of India in the year 2014-15.
