Your Mental Wellness
Over the last 15 years, I have fought to manage and balance my own mental wellness and emotional balance. I have concluded that healing is a journey beyond one’s comprehension to manage. Let me explain! If I would have had the foresight to know that on March 3rd, 2008, my vehicle would roll down the embankment on the Highway six times, come to a complete stop, and face the greatest mental health crisis of my life; I would have avoided that night altogether.
My life flashed right before my eyes and yet it was part of my process for understanding, how to help others recover from situations that make them burn and crash at the stake. Out of my pain and mental anguish came a passion for helping others to promulgate life’s treacherous moments of misfortune.
Yes, we are humans, but we must grasp this notion about life being a series of events that help us to evolve as spiritual warriors. I am of the mindset that we carry this deeply intrinsic motivation to build, grow, nurture, love, feel, appreciate, and ultimately fail at life.

As humans, we hate to fail but it’s an inevitable part of our spiritual liberation as humans. Our motivation for surviving and learning how to lead productive lives creates these euphoric states of being. Deep down in our psyche, we understand that nobody will save us from traversing down the wrong path. We hate to admit our shortcomings.
And yet we can sense a framework of isolation that can only be quelched by our motivation and willingness to understand the importance of mental wellness and the creation of an emotional balance.
The mantra Health is Wealth
is now becoming reframed in a way that builds new levels of self-efficacy in man’s framework. The Late Great Revered Ike used to say You can’t lose with what I use
referring to his methodology for building wealth, health, and creative vision for your life. The same goes for these 10 effective strategies for helping you to improve your overall mental wellness and emotional balance.

Many times, blog posts are available to lead you back to your original idea of health and wealth. You carry this utopian flavor of what excites you about life, and how you want to spend your time on planet Earth.
Remain open when viewing information that may only offer you a few nuggets of truth. Over the last fifteen years of my life, I have used and studied each strategy below. I am at a phenomenal place in my life of balance on all levels (Emotional, Spiritual, Physical, and Mental). I wanted this balance ten years ago but was not mature enough to execute on the vision based on my lack of knowledge about how God wanted to work in my life.
How to use these Strategies: Pick one or maybe two and dive a little deeper. Take them with you to a therapy session for your mental health provider to help you Foster Possibilities
or hire a mental health coach who can help you elicit an agenda for longevity in the game of life.

10 Effective Strategies You can use to Improve Your Mental Wellness & Overall Emotional Balance.
Prioritize self-care: Taking care of one’s mental health is critical for long-term success in any area, including wealth-building. Black men can prioritize self-care by getting regular exercise, eating a healthy diet, practicing mindfulness or meditation, and getting enough sleep.
Seek support: Building a supportive network of friends, family members, and professionals can provide the emotional support needed to improve mental health and financial outcomes. Black men can seek out mentors, coaches, and financial advisors who can provide guidance and support.
Develop financial literacy: Improving financial literacy is key to increasing wealth. Black men can educate themselves on financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management. There are many resources available, such as financial literacy classes, online courses, and books.
Start small: Building wealth is a long-term process, and it’s important to start small. Black men can begin by setting achievable financial goals and gradually increasing their investments over time. This can help reduce the stress and anxiety associated with money and improve mental health.

Focus on multiple income streams: Diversifying income streams can provide financial stability and reduce the risk of financial stress. Black men can consider starting a side business or pursuing multiple streams of income to increase their overall wealth.
Build a strong social support system: Building a strong social support system is important for overall mental health and financial success. Black men can create networks of people who support and uplift them, including family members, friends, and colleagues.
Practice good money habits: Practicing good money habits
