The immune system can recognize and defend against harmful pathogens while recognizing the body’s healthy cells.

    Lifespan measures the total time being alive, and health span is the person’s life living longer in good health, free of chronic disease. So, optimizing lifespan and health span is the most desirable goal for the quality and quantity of life well lived. This lifelong pursuit requires commitment and personal empowerment to develop a ProBrain ProLife mindset.
