INTRODUCTION
In this book, I have attempted to write about a few traits or qualities everybody should possess that I think are more important for a fulfilled life. We don’t have to be born with these traits but we can develop these from observing people, be it our family persons or anyone we come across and happenings all around us, in all walks of our life. Few traits are natural to few and for others, we need to develop ourselves with small habitual changes. We need to build quality in our lives by observing and adopting to finally have a fulfilled life like a beautiful flower. These positive traits will attract more success in our lives.
I have shared my experience and learnings from different incidents, observing the traits of people around me in my everyday life. We can nurture ourselves from the positivity of traits and quality around us. This may not be a problem-solving book but adopting these traits will build positivity and patience in you to yourself walkthrough and have a fulfilled life.
The basic qualities or traits I value are Perception, Perseverance, Communication, Contentment, Compassion, Faith, Reminiscing to unwind.
In each of the topics, I have shared real-life incidents that happened in my life and around me about my perception, perseverance a trait of my mother, about miscommunication which turned out to be fortunate errors instead of ending up in disaster, contentment of a poor gardener, compassion of my brother, about faith which helped me through during difficult phases, reminiscences to complete the book with rambling thoughts of my childhood. All the above traits were nurtured in me by many people in my life.

Perception
Perception is our way of understanding by our heart about what we see. It is our way of interpreting what we see or hear. Perception may not be a reality or truth.
Perception is a belief or opinion, often held by many people and based on how things seem to them. Perception is an intellectual process of transforming sensory stimuli into meaningful information. Our five senses of touch, sight, sound, smell and taste either separately or together process the stimuli in the environment. Perception is the process of interpreting something that we see or hear in our mind and using it later to judge. One’s perception is also affected by external factors like acceleration, body position, time, etc. For example, if the number ‘6’ is seen from one side seems to be ‘6’ and from the other side is ‘9’. Here the body position matters in the perception.
Perception involves a few processes at different stages. The stages are receiving, selecting, organizing and interpreting. Receiving is the initial stage in which the sensory organs receive information, for example: seeing. Selection is the second stage, where one selects only a few pieces of information out of what he sees. This is affected by various external and internal factors. The external factors influences are size, colour, familiarity, etc. The internal factors are the psychological requirements, background, experience and interest, etc. The next stage is organizing in which one organizes the thought on what he saw and what he selected to process. Then comes the interpretation. The interpretation happens in the mind according to what one wants to see depending on his situation of what he is going through, his social and economic background, experience and interest.
Perception paves the way for
