    HOW TO USE THIS BOOK

    Top of chapter

This Book is a tool that helps me understand

my life and helps in the repairing of my soul

At the top of the chapter will be a bottom line, a universal truth. The middle of the chapter will be the understanding, explanation of it. At the bottom of the chapter there will be a few questions to help you reconnect refresh your memory of past experiences, open up your feelings and emotions, bringing them to the surface.

Read chapters 2, 3, 4 and 5 then the rest in any order you prefer. You may spend 10 minutes to 3 weeks on each chapter or perhaps read the entire book quickly and then again slowly. You will be remembering experiences in your life that you still need to learn about. You will be seeing your past actions in a new light, and from a different perspective and then coming to new understandings of them. Learn at a pace and depth that is comfortable for you.

Looking at me honestly is the greatest thing I can do for me and for those around me. When I am honest with myself, then I can see myself more objectively and the impact I have had on others in my life and how they have affected me. Change can then enter into my life through my open mind and open heart, peace and healing then fallows.

    Middle of chapter

Before reading a chapter, I usually say a little prayer. Use your own or something like this; Please help me to see the truth about myself and help me to accept these truths I am seeing about myself and about others in my life. Help me understand the circumstances I am in and help me see any harsh words or actions I have expressed to other people in my life.

As you are reading, a thought may come to you in the smallest tiniest way, in a flash, a word, a feeling. It will come to you in a way that helps you remember something that relates to what you have just read about. This situation you remember may seem like it does not relate to what you have just read, it does, you just haven’t fully realized it yet. Start writing about it. Writing helps bring that feeling emotion to the surface you can connect with it, then the full story of understanding will come to you. Write it all down, Write, Write, Write. Writing gets it out of your head and heart and makes it tangible something you can touch, this feeling has been affecting your life.

Be brave, have the willingness to look at yourself honestly and the others in your life more truthfully. They have been effecting you in good ways and not so good ways. Be open to look at the part you played in your life's circumstances and the parts they played. The ones who had responsibility in your development, also emotional development.

As you are reading keep a note book ready by your side to write a quick note on. As thoughts come to you write a few words, before the remembering thought feeling slips away. Later you can write in-depth on those people, thoughts, situations, experiences, especially how they made you feel. This is a work Book, so write a bunch.

    Bottom of chapter

Question myself, where in my life was this so?

Focus upon reviewing my Thoughts, Feelings my Actions

There will be questions here at the bottom, to help stir up memories of experiences, feelings that occurred in your life. This Book helps bring those feelings up to the surface. They have been packed away into the hidden closets of your soul. They need to be opened and dealt with, resolved. Those circumstances and experiences have been affecting your entire life. These were opportunities of growth, by reviewing them with a new understand in a new light, we can heal and learn from those issues.

The CD Audio Book is an important companion tool to this Book. It is used to help absorb this new information and wash away old negative habits and beliefs that no longer serve us. We all need to hear new information repeatedly in order to absorb it, the CD helps with this.

Everything that does come into my life is for my benefit. My faults, my errors, my judgments towards others and myself also my thoughts and actions are what I need to look at as honestly as I can.

It is my harsh thoughts and actions towards others and myself, that holds me back keeps me from growing in the different aspects of my life. My judgments of others pushes me away from the peace and harmony of my life.

    Chapter 3

A New Foundation, understanding to build upon

If I can accept just one idea, a Universal Truth, as being absolutely true, no matter what, in any circumstance what so ever, then everything else will fall in to place and I can logically understand the world and my place in it. This truth is:

"The world is a perfect place. I am in the perfect place

at the perfect time, in the perfect circumstances for my benefit."

So no matter what comes to me in my life, I can hold this Universal Truth up as my guide my standard and it will always point me in the correct direction and keep me grounded with a more positive attitude. No matter what circumstances that statement of truth is placed in, it always holds true. If it seems that it is not correct that means I am not asking the correct questions, or I do not know which questions to ask, or I am not understanding the answer. This Universal Truth is my compass.

This means that these circumstances I find myself in, has come to me for a reason and it is for my benefit. Starting from this Universal Truth, I can now honestly, truthfully uncover the real reason for the circumstances I am in, and not be sidetracked by blaming someone else or something else for where I am in my life at this time. This means no matter what circumstances I find myself in, it is definitely for my benefit, tailor made just for me, because at this time in my life I need to recognize see something about myself that I need to improve upon. Wherever I am, it is for my benefit. I am responsible for where I am right now. Actions that I have taken in the past have brought me to this place I am in today. My work is before me now, so it is time to
