We need happy people in the world, happy mothers, happy businessmen, happy children; because a happy being affects each and every person in his surroundings.  By raising your state of consciousness to higher vibrations of happiness, you immediately raise your nearest circle, you affect your family and everyone around you.  You are an important piece in the change of era in order to bring heaven to earth and for that also, I thank you.

You are an addict

It is not pure coincidence that you have this book in your hands.  The superior consciousness has guided you here because you have suffered enough, it is time to start living.  Do you know that as an addict, life is a turmoil that invariably rolls you down among extreme pleasure and extreme suffering?  You do not have a complete life and your days worsen with your life´s experience.

You have probably reached the point where you question the purpose of so much effort, so much struggle, who you are and what are you doing here.

You are an addict, but wait, it is not your fault; we all are, and we learned it from our loved ones, our society and brands.  This is the reason why you are hooked to substances, habits and emotions.  You are hooked to excessive thinking and the noise inside you has reached a point that it rumbles through all your existence.

It is time to stop condemning yourself.  Your being an addict is no way your fault.  Believe me, no one who is sane acts against his integrity.  No happy or fulfilled being hooks on destructive activities.  The real problem is that no one taught us to be happy, even though every situation we live demands us to be so.  We know that the information is inside us; even in social networks we can find motivational phrases that suggest that we should be happy, no matter what. 

Once again, no one provided the GPS to find such information.  We feel lost, with or without course.

Fortunately, you are here already, trying to be happy again.  I would like to invite you to let go of blame and take responsibility of your own happiness. 

Embark on a journey to find it using this book and your own wisdom.  Empower yourself and take this book as an opportunity to achieve a different view of life and try to make it yours through your own experiences.  Live it in your own way, at your own pace and always trying to enjoy the trip, since it is absolutely yours.

To tell the truth, being as you are, the way you are at this very moment, you are perfect and complete.  So perfect that if you could see yourself for a second with the same eyes that superior consciousness sees you, you would melt with profound love towards you, in you and for you.  Nowadays, everything you are not keeps you far from this truth.  Today you are killing yourself.

Calm down, I am not trying to stress you.  You are stressed enough already.   I know because I have been there many times. Right where you are today.  No matter your personal story, or your emotional state, I can assure you that I have been there.

I heard this phrase so many times during my life.  Coming from doctors, friends, family, television, books and of course, my couple.  I really started paying attention only when it came from inside of me.  It came from some place within me.  I am sure it has started to sound within you, too.

You are killing yourself

Once you realize life has become meaningless, lacks taste, nothing excites you; you feel numb and with no motivation or purpose.  Relax, I can assure you there is a reason why you exist, and it is huge.

You are killing yourself and everything you do is leading you to make it happen.  You are not even aware of this.

universe works.  Let me explain.

We can observe by simply going out in the garden how everything in this plain, in this universe is in constant movement.  Nothing is static even if it seems to be.  If we observe closely, everything is in constant transformation, it may be evolving or growing or on the contrary, decaying.  Every being starts growing from the very moment it is conceived, and, when they stop growing, they immediately start their oxidation process.  We call that getting old.  We can see it clearly in every living being.  Everything and everyone grows old; things, materials, living things, ideas, everything.  The very moment they start growing, they start getting old. 

This is how this universe works.  It is a beautiful flow where everything is part of its expansion.  It may be by growing or being recycled.  The economy of the universe is perfect.  There is no waste in it.  For example, your body.  Since the very moment you are conceived, your matter started to evolve.  To the first part we call growth, and this takes you to your physical completion with maturity.  At this point, when there is no more physical growth, you start aging.  It may seem a very simple example but once you realize this is happening everyday inside your body, it is impossible not to marvel.

There is a complete universe in evolution inside of you and inside of this is are other micro universes.  All of them are part of the macro universe.  As it is outside is inside.  As it happens in the micro it happens in the micro.  To hallucinate a little more, we could say that you started being an idea inside your parent´s minds, which evolved in an action and was completed by your conception.  When I use the word completed I do not mean it stopped growing but something which was transformed into something else: your matter in expansion.  You were an idea that evolved, an electromagnetic impulse in someone else´s brain, that became an intention and transformed into what you are today.  You are now generating ideas and desires that will also evolve.  You can see that they do not have the same impact but some of them will help you evolve.

Food, after being digested, is excreted and taken by nature.  It happens the same with our acts, our thoughts and emotions.

Look at your life.  Try to be conscious of your acts, your current state and find yourself.  Which state are you in today?  Are you growing or decaying?  Where are your acts taking you?  Are you helping others evolve?
