Soothing the Seeker - Matthew William Flemming

    Answers..

    What is a seeker?

A Seeker is one who knows there will forever be more questions, many without answers, but regardless never stops asking. A Seeker asks and wonders why often. They have an innate knowing that things aren’t always the way they were taught, or how they appear to be. A seeker is one who strives to endlessly improve their whole-body health, and this present life experience. A seeker is kind and helpful, and recognizes the good and the struggle in all. Seekers go to the source. They seek truth

Why would a Seeker need soothing?

Everyone does, but Seekers are a special group. They are sensitive people, and they feel more than most. Seekers don’t accept the facts that are spoon fed from textbooks and the media. Seekers can struggle with anxiety and a sense of being overwhelmed. They can struggle to fit into a life that doesn't feel genuine, or even real. Seekers seek for old truths and hidden meanings. They crave growth and expansion. Seekers are day dreamers, and late night readers. They don’t want to die, but they want to know what’s next. They tend to feel out of place and lonesome for a home they no longer know how to reach.

Concepts, in longer works, are repeated several times in order to get the point across. After reading a few personal growth books, I became frustrated. I don’t need to be told something 30 different times in order for me to make sense of the concepts I am learning.

There is so much to learn, so many great books to read and so many opportunities to expand in this lifetime, and I don’t believe in wasting time.

I like to get to the point, so this is how I’ve written this book.

It’s easy, but it’s powerful. I’m sharing the tools that mean the most to me. These ideas and exercises work for me, and they can work for you. I hope they resonate, and help you breathe a bit deeper and make you smile naturally a bit more.
