Anne Bonny was infamous in these waters, and when she boarded our ship, I was prepared for the worst. Ten years of my life had been spent on this expedition, on recovering these mystic artifacts long thought lost, and what would a pirate do with them? Probably sell them to the highest bidder.

Bring me Will Safron, I heard a female voice yell. I was below decks, trying to protect these precious items. I was willing to throw them into the sea rather than let these thieves have them.

Seconds after the call, there was banging at the door, and then I could hear the wood starting to give way and splinter. They would be here soon, and my choice was to either surrender to them or fight and die. The door gave way, and two men entered the room, followed by a redheaded woman.
