Marlow Miller is a mother, grandmother, aunt, and cousin of many wonderful children. Marlow loves the curious minds of children, especially their imagination, and their positive ability to learn rapidly. All her children's books are empowered with Marlow's firm belief that every child requires positive encouragement towards success, courage, and their self-esteem. Marlow has successfully mentored and taught (within the classroom and outside of it) young minds how to successfully prosper by building their self-esteem and confidence. Her generous encouragements have (and still are) been positively well received. She's been called (amongst many other compliments) the "best teacher," a "great encourager", and a necessary "confidence builder" by many of her past students. Marlow loves sailing, photography, hiking, camping, motorcycling, scuba diving (in fact, if it involves water, the outdoors, or family, you can find Marlow there!), and spending time with her family.

Introduction
Take a look in the mirror and tell me what you see. Maybe you see a person who could be more, someone who has potential but just is not using it. Perhaps you see someone you do not like at all or someone you don't even recognize. All of these things are normal, and many teens just like you face these uncertainties daily.
Comparing yourself to the mile-high ruler that seems to measure your worth everywhere you go can be hard, causing you to feel lost, struggle with low self-esteem, and ultimately making you drown in self-doubt. Toss those worries in the trash and kick the can out the door because you have stumbled onto something extraordinary.
I know why you are here. You are tired of being treated like a doormat, and ready to see where your true potential exists—you just do not know where to start. Welcome to the path. In your hand, you hold the key to transforming your life once and for all.
In this comprehensive guide to navigating self-worth for teens just like you, you will discover:
How to pick friends who truly support you, leaving those who are jealous or toxic behind.
How to avoid people-pleasing! You cannot make everyone happy, and trying to do so will only hurt you in the long run. Master the art of being okay with not pleasing everyone.
Everything you need to know to love your body—it is the first home you have, after all.
Why failure is actually one of the best things that could ever happen to you.
And much, much more!
Standing in front of me, I see someone beautiful and capable, a strong person with worlds of potential just waiting to be used. I see someone who radiates and shines, someone who just needs a little push to be their best self—and that someone is you! With the transformative tools offered to you in this book, you will walk into a life where you feel like the main character—not just some side person with three lines of dialogue.
Trust me; you have what it takes. Even the people you admire most—celebrities like Taylor Swift, an icon and shining role model—were once despised by others and suffered from low self-esteem. And now look at her, a name known by nearly everyone and a person who rests in the hearts of people just like you. You can be just like Taylor!
My Journey, My Worth is more than just a book. It is your trusty companion, confidant, and guiding light in the darkest times. It holds the answers to your questions and the inspiration you seek. Together, we'll conquer self-doubt and uncertainty, unveiling the marvelous worth that lies within you.
So, without any further waiting, take your beautiful, amazing self and
