    Positive Thinking - Khoy Benoît

    Introduction

Thought is part of our daily life.

Our mind is constantly engaged in various tasks to be carried out. It often happens that our thoughts are unfavorable for us to maintain a serene state of mind. Living while being solicited by multiple negative stimuli poisons us in our way of perceiving the external world through our internal world.

The interest in becoming aware of the quality of one's thoughts is a determining point in moving towards one's greatest accomplishment. Developing spiritual qualities by working on oneself is a guarantee of success when the new directives are anchored in the wisdom of the spirit. It is useful in life to know what you think during the day. I have often asked my clients if they were aware of what they were thinking. What I've noticed is that a lot of people don't really pay attention to what they see in their mental screen. This screen which displays images with multiple sensations in the body. This is the subject that will be treated here, how to become aware of the effects of thought through energies on the physical body.

This perception is essential to direct

one's consciousness towards a new, brighter horizon in inner well-being.Before you can use positive thinking mindfully, it is necessary to do a

complete introspection within yourself. Having an overall idea of what we feel inside is part of the process of becoming aware of the emotional state as a whole. Being self-aware allows you to get to know yourself in your most intimate depth.

Sometimes, we have experienced so much that several memories have remained frozen in time,

like a reminiscence of the past which is felt at times during life.

The overall tactic for changing your mindset

will remain within a simple and effective guideline. Discovering how complicated the mind makes us will be a good starting point. Mental perception gives us this feeling of not being in control of ourselves, of not being able to act and think according to our wishes in full consciousness. The purpose of this work on yourself is to understand your own tools based on the way you operate.

You will discover in yourself what you probably ignore, your abilities to rebalance your emotions with your heart. The main difficulty you are likely to experience during the learning phase of a new perception is your deep limiting beliefs. It is important that you keep in mind that your beliefs will be felt vividly and intensely in your psychic and physical perceptions.

The beauty of life is a truth when we know how to observe existence with the heart, with a smile and with joy. Conversely, when we experience difficult, even traumatic experiences, we tend to observe life with a bitter, sad and meaningless outlook.

It is these delicate experiences that have led to a negative perception of the inner life. This affects the perception of the outside world. Nothing is incurable in the universal vision of the mind. Everything is possible as long as you give yourself the right to return to a positive state of mind.

If you have psychological health concerns, it is important to obtain medical advice and be followed by a psychologist. This book is a supplement to personal work. In no case can it replace the advice of a doctor.

You will discover new abilities through two new perceptions within you.

The first will be the opening of your heart. The second will be your opening to inner peace. Thanks to these two universal principles, you will know how to rebuild yourself in your inner world.

These two universal forces will bring you this unshakeable self-confidence.

Apart from spiritual teachings where we work on ourselves while hovering miles from the earth, here, we will remain with our feet firmly anchored on Earth.

The goal is for you to discover your inner sensations, what your body expresses in your energies.

This inner listening is the secret to your

greatest successes to come. Whether you are a spiritual person, or completely secular, you will not have any particular difficulty apart from having to face your limiting beliefs.

It is on this aspect of the mind that we will focus for a good while to provide you with all the tools necessary to get you out of this inner prison.

Have no fear, we have all experienced some form of mental imprisonment.

This is part of our personal learning in our respective lives.

    The origins of negative thoughts

    What is thought concretely?

It is an expression through language, an image formed from two essential elements, intention and sensation. It is natural for the human mind to live by thinking. If we lived without having the slightest thought, we would be empty from the inside, totally neutral, without any life. The mind is a powerful thought generator.

Creation is a natural faculty that we all carry through thought. It is the qualities of our energies that will determine the direction of our thoughts. For example, I see life in black, I see the world as the cause of my unhappiness.

My life will be devoid of positive meaning, because I do not see the good in others, nor do I see the evil in myself.

Conversely, if I see life in a positive way, I will see the world as a richness in exchange and sharing, I will be happy to exist in a beautiful, positive reason to be. Seeing life in black or pink is a simple starting point for understanding our way of approaching life. Becoming more aware of what we perceive in the world is a valuable help in taking the first step of observing what is happening in our thoughts. For your part, in this first approach to your way of thinking, how do you see the world around you? What do you think of your family members? How do you see other people around you?

What you perceive from the outside world will be easier to begin your introspection. Before knowing how to direct attention completely on your inner being, it is essential that you focus on what you think from the outside.

In the human psyche, we always have a tendency to judge the outside world, to give reason to our suffering because of the outside world.

By using this cause, which may be legitimate to our advantage, we gain inner presence. It is a good training of consciousness to observe everything that surrounds us in the smallest details, to confirm part of our thoughts which cross our mind. From the moment you know what you think about the outside world, it will be easy for you to take the step to understand your physical sensations.

For example, if you think that someone has hurt you, in the moment, it is a truth. In your present moment, think strongly about this person. How does thinking about it make you feel?

Carefully observe your thoughts acting in your body. What can you conclude about the effects of your thoughts on you? This first listening to your thoughts and their effects in your body will allow you to understand that thought is a source of intense energy which manifests itself through physical sensations. This will give you the ability to understand the quality of your thoughts, their effects on your energies. These energies inevitably lead to your physical sensations, the quality of your emotional state depends totally on your thoughts.

When you are truly aware of your inner truth, you will be able to accept what you can think and feel through yourself. There’s no need to not want to feel things.

The goal is to train you to come back to yourself in full awareness of your being, as you are,

as you express yourself now. You can't invent anything, since you really feel things within yourself. If this can reassure you, you have nothing to reproach yourself for, whatever your feelings, they are expressed in one way and not another for the moment.

There is no evil in itself, simply your being with your qualities and your negative perceptions that are present. This first awareness is essential to be able to continue your work of inner transformation.

Firstly, I advise you to take a notebook and a pen to write down what you feel every day, what you see in your thoughts. Whatever their nature, whatever comes to mind, write it down. Without judging yourself, without thinking if it’s good
