- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I enjoyed reading this book, it’s easy to follow and I think it really helps if you have the right mind frame going into it. (If you don’t believe it’ll help, it probably won’t.)
However, some of the daily affirmations include negative words and I personally prefer when they are reworded to not include any negative words. Brains tend to focus on the negative so if you say “I will not stress” all your brain hears is “STRESS” so replace it with something like “I am calm” giving it no negative to grab onto.
Other than that, great beginner book.
