Meena Mistry

Author Meena Mistry had a successful career in the field of life insurance in London, UK for many years.  During this time, she also creatively developed tastes of well-balanced vegetarian dishes through unique selection of herbs and spices with a focus on nutrition and good eating habits. In 2006, Mistry relocated to the US, where she continued to develop tasty vegetarian dishes. In 2012, she published her first book “Spicy N Easy” to cater for everyone including those who have a busy life and prefer homemade tasty, healthy and interesting meals. She also participated in and supported a high school teachers’ wellbeing program from nutrition and healthy eating perspectives. In 2020 she published her second book “Vege Kick” full of distinctive and mouthwatering recipes.  Mistry successfully continues to use multiple ingredients for creating tasty fusion vegetarian meals through her influential British upbringing and skills with minimal effort for every household member to enjoy. She has further evolved her skills to form Delicious Kickin Creations, a source of well-nourished and gourmet style savories and desserts.
