Over the past decade or so, life has changed beyond all recognition – and “my wildest expectations” – for Ella Mills, the woman behind multimillion-pound food and wellness brand Deliciously Ella. “There are around 50 people in the office, our products are now in every major retailer in the UK, and we’re in the US, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland and so many other places,” says mother of two Ella, who is married to business partner Matthew Mills.
“I never saw myself as a businesswoman or entrepreneur, I never ever thought I’d be able to achieve this,” adds Ella, who is celebrating the launch of her eighth book, Deliciously Ella: Healthy Made Simple, a collection of vibrant, speedy recipes to give people the tools they need to unlock a healthier life.
