PREFACE
This book, in reality, consists of two volumes, precisely two manuals, with respective introductions, descriptions, and conclusions specific to both parts. Two steps merge into a single volume.
The first book deals with anxiety in relationships, easy to read.
It is nothing more than a manual, where it is explained how to understand and recognize anxiety and all its facets in relationships with others, the consequences to which it leads in a relationship or a marriage, but especially how anxiety attacks amplify, deform and alter the insecurity and fear of those who suffer from it. Negatively affecting themselves and those whom they compare or live with every day.
Even in the professional world, not just the sentimental one.
I also wanted to write as much interesting information of the various anxiety disorders that exist, of the possibility to inherit these diseases, and how those who have a pathology at an important and serious level should turn to professionals. After this first volume comes the second step, which is the second book.
Here I have, once again, created an easy-to-understand manual that covers the steps of overcoming the state of relational anxiety. To do this and get to the finish line it is explained what anxiety is and how it manifests itself, what stages it arrives at and the negative consequences for both individual and especially social points of view. This last part also illustrates the strategies that people with anxiety disorders can use to
improve their relationship with their partners starting from the basics, that is, understanding the root of anxiety and being honest with themselves to find the right way to improve and heal.
Also, understand that anxiety is not a fault, but a disorder made of insecurity and fear that can be cheered by the proximity of positive people and it is advisable to do meditation or group therapy to be able to get rid of this disease.
In short, two books. The first one introduces the theory on anxiety disorders and the second in which we recommend and implement possible solutions to deal with such diseases. A manual is divided into two parts that represent the two halves of a literary work that cannot be read one without the other because they complete each other.

CONCLUSION
INTRODUCTION
Anxiety is a natural human emotion that everyone faces from time to time. It’s a feeling of worry, unease, and fear that comes when we’re exposed to a situation—whether it is social or not—that makes us nervous or uneasy. A person suffering from anxiety might feel apprehension about any number of things: work, school, family life, etc. No matter the cause, when our anxiety gets out of control and persists, it can quickly hurt our lives.
Although anxiety is a natural emotion that everyone experiences, it may not always be easy to determine when it might be too much to handle. It can be difficult to recognize when an impending problem is nothing more than nervousness or mild agitation. Anxiety can also cause us to make false assumptions about ourselves and others. Maybe we assume that our friends are going out with someone new or perhaps we assume that we’re not as attractive as other girls around us in school. These false assumptions might cause us to become even more tense and worried about situations when nothing is wrong.
Anxiety is a complex mental illness that affects millions each year. As it can be difficult to identify, many people experience anxiety without realizing it. Oftentimes, anxiety reveals itself as depression, extreme nervousness, or restlessness. It may also cause physical symptoms like rapid heart rate, upset stomach, or muscle tension. People who suffer from anxiety can have great difficulty functioning in their personal and professional lives because of how overwhelming it may make them feel to continue with everyday life.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, you might not realize that it’s affecting your daily life. Anxiety can cause problems with friendships, school work, and even your health. Many different types of anxiety disorders can be found in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM), which is commonly used to help doctors diagnose disorders. These range from including Social Phobia to Obsessive-compulsive Disorder (OCD). It’s important to note that any of the listed anxiety disorders are serious mental illnesses that need treatment by a professional, but if left untreated they could lead to death or suicidal thoughts.
Although you may think that anxiety is simply not being able to handle your daily tasks, it could be a disorder that needs serious attention. There are many causes for anxiety disorders, and one of the most prominent contributors is a biological predisposition. People with family members suffering from anxiety or mood disorders may just be born with a genetic tendency to develop their anxiety disorders. Furthermore, the race may play a role in the development of anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorders have the highest prevalence among African Americans, with people of Asian and Latino ethnicity having the second-highest prevalence. Anybody can develop an anxiety disorder, though they are more likely to be diagnosed in women, who experience worse symptoms than men.
Additionally, various types
