I've experienced anxiety in relationships with various family members and wish I had had this book back then. I will keep it to refer to for instances in the future. It's a great resource and its easy to understand.

The topics are broke down into easy to understand language. I loved the part about projection and how your attachment style has an impact on your marriage. I can't say enough great things about this book. If you read it, you won't regret it.
