    Thank you for downloading How to Become a Powerful Man. This book is designed to help you unlock your full potential as a man. You already are a powerful man; you may just need to pull back a few layers to discover this power within you.

    Throughout this book we will talk about certain qualities that powerful men around the world possess. Nothing in this book is unattainable. Nothing in book is out of YOUR reach. Everything you read, you can accomplish, and you may even find that you are already living as a powerful man… you just needed some help to see it for yourself.

    Essentially what this book is all about is all around your confidence. All round confidence in all aspects of your life. That include your outward power but also, and more importantly your inner power.

    A powerful man is nothing more than a confident man. Physically, emotionally and spiritually.

    This book is divided into 5 parts delving deep into each of the categories that make up a powerful man.

    This is designed to give you a more powerful body, presence, mind, life and a powerful success plan.

    Firstly, we discuss your outward power in parts 1 and 2 – your body and presence. That power to exude to the world through your body, your presence and your style. This is about how you present your confidence to the world through body, lifestyle and your overall style. And as you’ll learn it’s not the results themselves that make you powerful.

    Then we take a journey inward. Here we look at how to create a powerful mind. With your body in check, your presence displaying confidence, it’s time to strengthen the most important part of it all… your mind.

    In addition, we aim to tackle the weaknesses you may have that are killing your potential as a powerful man. Removing these obstacles that are negatively impacting your life.

    And lastly, we take a look at a powerful life. Choosing the life that means something to you so that you can live with purpose, live it passionately and conquer anything.

    But to bring it all together I share a way you can create a success plan which really is all about aligning your mindset to becoming the man that you want to be. This includes figuring out who you are and who you will be in the not-too-distant future and how to keep the momentum moving forward.

    In addition to the 5 parts, we will also take a look at some of the habits that you will need to integrate to put it all together.

    So, what is this book not about?

    While we cover many aspects about being a powerful man this book is not a guide on how to maximise muscle - although we do talk about exercise, working out and diet so that you can achieve that.

    It is not a guide on how to attract and pick up women. Although if that’s why you picked this book up… then I suggest you read through the book in any case. My advice is to focus solely on this first. Nothing is more attractive to women than a confident and powerful man.

    I hope that this book opens your eyes to new concepts, and perhaps older concepts you already knew about and never knew how to into practice.

    Because it’s time to shine a light on the man in the mirror… and finally show your true power.

    Part 1: A Powerful Body

    Body Confidence

    For part 1 of this book, we are talking about having a powerful body. This is the outer power you display or wish to display. Essentially it is what people see, when they see you. It’s how you carry yourself and are perceived by others.

    Does that mean you need to have muscles as big as Arnie? No, not necessarily unless that is your ideal you wish to follow.

    Even though we are talking about outward power here, it really depends on how you see yourself in the mirror.

    This will depend on your goals and how you want to be perceived. That is, do you want to be Mr Universe? Do you want people to see you as someone who spends all their spare time in the gym? If so, then perhaps having watermelon arms is what will make you feel powerful.

    But it doesn’t necessarily need to be that way. All it really takes is for you to know that you are taking care of your body. Once you know that… you become confident in your own skin, and this shows outer power no matter what.

    It is about your body confidence, meaning if you want to be lean and skinny so that you can run marathons then this is what would make you feel confident.

    The point is you need to know that you are taking care of your body no matter what. Your body is your temple, your choice of temple is completely up to you.

    But it’s not just muscles that gives you a powerful presence. Exercise as a good start and should be one of your top priorities as a powerful man and is the purpose of part 1 of this book.

    But it is also nutrition and an active lifestyle. Then in part 2 we’ll talk more about your presence through your body language and your style that gives you an overall powerful presence.

    Over the next couple of chapters, we will deep dive into these categories of powerful presence so that not only will you see a powerful man in the mirror, but others will start noticing too.

    Exercise

    If you’re not exercising already, you should be. The benefits of exercise are for everyone, not just men but absolutely everyone. As a man you need to bring out the masculine beast within and show the world your strength and your value as a protector.

    Time seems to be the biggest excuse for most people who don’t exercise… but without your health you a shortening any actual time that really do have. Other priorities need to take a backseat for at least half and a hour or ideally an hour pretty much every day.

    The other excuses are typically weak excuses. Being a smoker with no energy, too hungover to work out or maybe worst of all
