    It's easy to be courageous when someone is there to help you out. Finding your voice takes less effort when the odds are in your favor and the risk is low. It has been said, "When a community excludes even one member it's not a community at all!" Too often we talk about the need for tolerance as though that is sufficient. We asked over 10,000 people in 14 organizations; what percentage of your best efforts do you give at work on a regular basis? 57% self-stated they give less than 100% effort on a regular basis. When asked what would incentivize them to give more effort in the workplace; the number one answer wasn't pay, perks, or benefits. The top answer was having a boss that treats me with dignity and respect!
