WINNING LETTER

IT WAS my birthday recently and I was joking around with some friends that I can feel the effects of being in my mid-30s. Gone are the days where I could enjoy carefree nights out without suffering some painful consequences the next morning – and I’m not only talking of the hungover kind, but also of the aches-and-pains-out-of-nowhere kind.

The older I become, the more intentional I become about prioritising my health, getting all the necessary checks done and trying to maintain a better lifestyle.

I’ve relooked at my eating habits, I’m increasing my daily water intake and I’m making all the doctor appointments that I’ve previously said can wait.

Our weekly advice pages often look at various health challenges – from physical to mental, and a range of other issues where experts weigh in and share helpful tips and information.

I urge you, dear reader, to make your health and wellbeing a priority too. Make that lifestyle
