Billy is a van driver. He has been working for his employer, Ronnie, for 8 eight years. Ronnie is a kind and gentle employer who does not enjoy being confrontational. For years, he has been putting up with Billy’s antics and has not done anything about it.

Billy has been having financial problems mainly because he is into gambling. He has also got problems at home with his wife. He is persistently late, coming to work when he feels like it always complaining of stress at home. Lately, he has been coming in smelling of drink.
