About this ebook
According to Marrisa Jean Marie Cross, everybody's most significant life trials can be utilized in some way to help and inspire others. She now realizes, that if she didn't have all those struggles in life, she wouldn't be able to write the books she writes. Marrisa can't describe how painful the emotional pain was from being bullied. However, she knows the bullies who bullied her only made her a stronger person and more capable of helping others. Marrisa hopes to continue to empower others in their mental health by showing them there is hope, no matter how blurred things may seem at the moment.

About the Author
Preface
My name is Marrisa Jean Marie Cross, better known as mental health optimist. I currently struggle with four mental illnesses: bipolar I, obsessive compulsive disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I am an alcohol and drug counselor currently working for Telecare Corporation, and I work primarily with persons detoxing off illicit drugs. I have always been passionate about reducing mental-illness stigma, helping others who struggle with mental illness and substance abuse. My ultimate plan is to become an entrepreneur by becoming a successful certified addiction treatment counselor(CATC), author, peer mentor, auctioneer and online reseller. So far, accomplishing any of those goals have been a struggle for many reasons.
The reality is it is tough to become a successful entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship is very competitive, and your talents must be recognized by others. This can be the most challenging obstacle. Another struggle that makes becoming an entrepreneur
