Introduction
This book bridges the gap between the spaces we put amidst our Mind, Body, and Spirit. It also strives to provide people in search of an alternative mental health agency, looking for a long-term healthy regimen, routine, that can be done anytime and anywhere by anyone, without exclusion. It is also a resource you are in control of and a great tool to narrow in on parts of your health that may potentially be neglected. Romans 14:13 ¹, CEV: We must stop judging others. We must also make up our minds not to upset anyone’s faith.
or Let us not, therefore, judge one another anymore, but judge this rather: that no man put a stumbling block or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

1∙ This book exhibits my spiritual practice. This is a passage to help others understand this book isn’t to exclude your spiritual practice. It is open to the implementation of your methods, and spirituality and/or religious ideologies you already take part in
This resource seeks to support the reader in understanding how to close the gap between our combined health identities, allowing self-care and self-awareness to be a consistent practice or lifestyle.
Self-care is not without self-awareness. Self-care is not without admonition or correction. The introduction to this form of self-care introduces the much-needed expression, self-awareness — an ability to identify your limitations and strengths. How can you ask for what you need when you are not clear about what you need and why?
This book is intentionally creating space for you to create a balance in your self-care routine. A first step to exploring the possibility, you have more than enough time to take care of yourself, and respectfully enough time to take the first step to be more self-aware — this is the bridge in the gap.
We are Mind, Body, and Spirit, three in one — comprehensive health, and therefore we need to address each one together, purposefully. We need to allow ourselves to take the time we need to heal and evolve. This is required when we are ridding our lives of the pain and traumas inflicted on
