Michelle experienced Postnatal Depression for four years after the birth of her second child, and knows the value of alternative health modalities to mental health. She has personally experienced the gifts that such a journey can bestow in terms of spiritual awareness and connection. She therefore writes from personal experience.
Michelle has several university qualifications which have supported her work in the disability sector, including the development of training programs to prepare clients for successful employment, as well as conducting a dance therapy program for adults with disabilities. She has also worked in natural therapy practices including kinesiology and acupuncture settings.
Michelle is an eternal seeker of Truth. She believes that change is exciting, people are interesting, and kindness matters.
Michelle currently lives in Queensland, Australia. She has two gorgeous children who remind her every day that Angels live amongst us. She is married to a brave soul who continues to walk beside her even though he doesn’t know where the path will lead.view less
