    I am honored to share this incredible journey with you, sharing essential information regarding Nutrition, Diet, and Mental health for your Well-Being. My inspiration for writing this book is to encourage you to implement healthy eating habits; it will help free you from wasting time and energy struggling with diets that do not implement the necessary changes you need. A Healthy Eating Habit measures diet quality to help you consume a healthful and nutritionally adequate diet; It is not about one week diet. It’s about eating the right group, quantity, and quality food. I’m providing a 15 days of Detox and Healthy Diet program, which includes pictures, nutrition facts, and recipes; it will help you detox your body, feel healthy and energetic, and lose weight. Being overweight or obese limits our physical activities, restricting us from feeling healthy, happy, energetic, focused, engaging with others, and self-love, and not seeing a bright, promising future due to many diseases.

    Eating healthy every day is not a diet that prevents us from eating; we can eat 5 to 6 times daily and have adequate weight and health. Sometimes the mistake of choosing the fastest way to reach the desired weight is by implementing a diet with a drastic transition. However, the sad truth is that those people, unfortunately, will regain it within a few weeks or months. Nutrition goes beyond a healthy diet and exercise; we need to make small but essential changes, including how to chew on each meal and eat mindfully. Mindful eating focuses on your eating experiences at the present moment-body-related sensations, and thoughts and feelings about food, with heightened awareness and taking the right time while we chew our meal. I will explain how many minutes you need to last eating your meals and drinking your smoothies to help you lose weight.

    The benefit of the strategy I’m about to share will guide you and allow you to eat many of the same foods you like, gradually lose weight, and keep it off. There is an eating plan that works for everyone regardless of lifestyle, budget, or personal tastes; it is all about getting rid of restrictions and embracing the idea of consuming healthy foods; then, we will internalize and apply the true principles of health and beauty reflection from inside out, which will amaze you!

    Detoxification and keeping your body clean with green smoothies and healthy food are very important. The Nutritional Benefits of detoxifying your body are numerous, such as losing weight, reducing excess water retention and waste, improving circulation, increasing your energy level, focusing better, a sense of well-being, and many other great benefits, such as removing toxins from your body. Also, detox and Healthy low-calorie smoothies recipes will help you to have younger and brighter skin with optimal health. If you have been suffering from acne, thin and short hair, or debilitated broken nails, this book will guide you to detox your system without harming your body. You will be feasting fresh and delightful foods that nourish every cell in your body with a radiant glow.

    To lose weight, we need to learn how to calculate our calorie intake and how to melt it, whether to achieve a healthy weight or maintain our current weight. There is no Healthy Body without good nutrition and an exercise routine. Exercise will help us stay active, energetic, and healthy every day. Nutrition is essential to daily struggles in Mental health. Unfortunately, inadequate nutrition could increase chemical levels in our bodies, affecting Mental Health and causing heart disease, type 2 diabetes risk, low energy levels, and many other health issues.

     Have you experienced on many occasions opening your eyes and thinking, I don’t want to get up, I don’t want to go to work or even shower Yes? It could be low energy and missing amino acids, nutrients, minerals, and vitamins. Your body needs immediate attention regarding your daily nutrition, including exercise activities. It is a sign that your mental health is at high risk. A healthy daily routine will help your body in many different manners, such as energy level: it will rise to help your brain think clearly and stay focused. It will improve and motivate you to the highest levels and achieve good mental health. You will leave aside your depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and low self-esteem.

    With the kindness and help of Dr. Xavier San Miguel, MD, Psychiatric, since 1987, we have included essential Mental Health information in Chapter 10 to help you understand the critical engagement between Nutrition and mental health, also how to manage your stress level, depression, anxiety, and panic disorders.
