PREFACE
Hair loss, bad hair, split ends, and many more hair related problems! I was receiving lots of emails from my blog readers to write about the vegetarian foods that can be included in the diet to combat hair problems. Bad hair equals a bad day. Whether man or woman, no one is unfamiliar to this, including me. Being a health-conscious person as well as a researcher by profession, even a sneeze makes me think, what's the underlying reason of it? I believe in solving the problem by working on the root cause because when you work on the root cause, you can influence the final result.
Being from the pharma field, everyone asks me about medication for hair loss or other hair problems. But I would suggest, medicines should be your last option for your hair problems, until and unless you have massive hair fall or other severe hair issues because these signs could be due to other internal health problems.
Food therapy is the best therapy. In this book, I am going to discuss, with the right food choices and some healthy habits how most of your hair problems can be solved. When you eat right hair nutrients and follow some secret hair routines, you get shinier, smoother, stronger, and healthier hair. I have also included few recipes in this book; the best part is, each and every ingredient of these recipes contributes to your hair growth. In fact, one of them is my original recipe, I make them quite frequently, and they are part of my regular diet.
