About this ebook

Actually, it's quite basic, straightforward, and uncomplicated. Absent from view may very well imply absent from mind. It is preferable to meet up frequently, especially with close family and friends, when one shares a city, so that one can establish true bonds. When you reside in different cities, it is beneficial to occasionally travel to see one another. You can also phone and text each other at any time. Naturally, social media is also available to keep in touch with one another and ensure that it doesn't completely take over our life and supplant genuine offline interactions. What if we occasionally wrote each other a heartfelt letter to bring back fond memories? You need two to make a tango, so beware. When one party in a relationship does not reciprocate, it is appropriate to break ways amicably and go on. When the other person is willing to put effort into the relationship, we should establish new friendships and reignite old ones. The surest path to long-lasting happiness is to forge bonds with family, friends, and individuals who share your interests. Poor physical and mental health is a result of loneliness and social isolation. By fostering your connections with family and friends, you can increase happiness.

  • Spend time together as a couple.
  • Learn something new together as a group.
  • Be sincere with one another.
  • Be thankful and show each other appreciation.
  • Not judging people
  • Maintain contact

Develop a Cheerful Mindset - Chibuike Daniel

    Chapter 1: Introduction

There was a conference with about fifty individuals there. The lecturer abruptly paused, decided to do a group activity, and gave each participant a balloon. There was a task assigned to the participants. On it, using a marker pen, each person was asked to write their name. Following that, every balloon was gathered and placed nearby in another room. When they entered the room, they were instructed to locate the balloon bearing their name. The allotted time to finish this exercise was five minutes. Absolute mayhem ensued as everyone scurried around looking for their name while bumping with and pushing others. By the end of the five minutes, everyone—aside from a few—had failed to locate the balloon with their name. The task was then somewhat adjusted by the speaker. This time, each participant was instructed to choose a balloon at random and present it to the individual whose name was inscribed on it. Everyone had their balloon in a matter of minutes.

What can we take away from this story?

Everyone is searching for happiness all around them, but they are unsure of where it is, according to the story's moral. Happiness is within everyone's grasp and can be attained much more quickly than one imagines if one is aware and focuses on the proper methods and elements. In our quest for happiness, we focus mostly on the outside circumstances and think that they are the only things that can affect our pleasure. But in truth, happiness doesn't start to surround us very often until we redesign and rewire our brains differently when we construct happier minds. Let's take a look at a happier brain before we start creating them.

    Let's Examine the Happiest Brain

Although they are rare these days, joyful people can still be found all around us occasionally. What do they resemble? They frequently have a small smile on their faces, occasionally a big ear-to-ear smile, and occasionally they may chuckle, giggle, or laugh enthusiastically, frequently while playing with children or having a fantastic time with family and friends over dinner or drinks. But smiling,
