    Introduction

Yoga is a discipline of the mind and body that has been practiced for thousands of years.

It was invented in India more than two thousand years ago, and anyone who does it consistently can still experience overall health and well-being.

The Sanskrit verb Yuja is the foundation of the word yoga. It denotes completion, culmination, or agreement. It is the climax of the mind and the body, or the soul and the divine spirit, Jiva and Shiva. It also represents the union of Yin and Yang, or Purush and Prakriti.

We'll try to illustrate several yoga techniques in this book. In particular, if you've never tried it before, this book will be the best place to start because we'll be explaining some really fundamental yoga practices to you. If you want to know what yoga is, you will find that different people have different ideas about what it is.

Some claim it is the reunion of the outer and inner bodies, while others claim it is the path to inner calm. One thing that almost all yoga definitions have in common is that they discuss inner calm and inner self in it. The fundamental idea of yoga is that you need to get to know your inner self.

Yoga's fundamental meaning is unity, and you may say that it unites your body, spirit, and thoughts. All of the strategies used in this type of exercise are thought to be very successful, but you should start with the basics because if you adopt an advanced technique right away, it will become challenging for you and you will lose control over it.

All of these yoga poses help you believe that you exist and that you do so with strength and confidence. It enables you to muster up all of that courage and strength and achieve your life's objective.

People who practice personal productivity use yoga as a very powerful method to sharpen their focus. If you experience exhaustion too frequently or after a long day at work, practicing yoga will help you feel better about yourself and improve your capacity to work.

Yoga first appeared in India and the areas around it, but it later spread over the entire world since it has a tight relationship with spirituality and everyone wants to get in touch with their inner selves.

It's hard to get to know oneself, and it's especially hard in today's fake and shallow environment to live with yourself. You always have to deal with familial demands, social pressures, and being forced to do things you frequently
