Why am I struggling in life - Fadel Alsadat

Why am I struggling in life?

Chapter 1: I feel like I'm not living up to my potential.

If you choose success over kindness, you won't reach your fullest potential. You should try to be both outspoken and understanding if you want to be the best you can be.

If your goals scare you more than motivate you, you won't reach your fullest potential. You won't reach your fullest potential if your anger makes you focus on the things other people do wrong instead of the things you do wrong.

You won't reach your full potential if all you ever talk about is other people and what you think of them. If the direction you are trying to go is closer to your comfort zone than anything else, you are not reaching your full potential.

You will never reach your full potential if you care more about what other people think than what you think. If you want revenge more than you want to learn, you won't reach your fullest potential in life.

You aren't living up to your full potential if you spend more time each day being unhappy than thinking about how to change it. If you spend more time trying to impress people than you do just living your life, you're not getting the most out of it.

You won't be able to reach your full potential if you drink more than you learn, grow, and help other people. You're not living up to your full potential if you spend more time with people in a text thread than you do with them in real life, which is relationship.

You won't reach your fullest potential in life if you care more about changing how you look than accepting and loving the way you look. If you care

more about being right than about getting better at listening, you won't reach your fullest potential.

You're not living up to your full potential if you're waiting for someone to come back around or decide they're ready to love you. You're not living up to your full potential if the thing that people remember most about you isn't how good you make them feel when they're with you.

If you need money, a job, a car, or a partner to feel like yourself, you're not living up to your full potential. If you still hold a grudge against someone, you won't be able to reach your fullest potential.

If you're almost always unhappy, you're not living up to your full potential. You won't reach your fullest potential in life if several people criticize you in the same way and you keep thinking it's everyone else's fault.

If you always feel like you have to explain your choices to the people closest to you, you won't reach your fullest potential in life. You aren't living up to your full potential if you can't think of a few big ways you've gotten better over the past few years.

You won't reach your fullest potential in life if you don't have a plan for how to be the best version of yourself every day. You're not reaching your full potential if you care more about how pretty, rich, and successful you are than how kind, joyful, inspiring, and loving you are.

Chapter 2: I'm not happy with my life.

    1. Don't worry!"Master the art of letting go of the past and embracing the present.

Worrying causes emotional distress. Just like a rocking chair that doesn't go anywhere, this one rock back and forth rapidly. You won't accomplish anything by worrying about it. Instead, it stops you from being able to think clearly and make changes to make sure the bad thing doesn't happen.

Instead of worrying about things you can't control, focus on improving the things you can and move on from the rest. Don't worry! To all, Joy! Happiness can be yours when you no longer have to stress
