About this ebook

I'm sick and tired of being surrounded by negativity! Are you sure? This world is poisonous and nasty. I despise watching the news, reading the newspaper, and even talking to my neighbors. I don't want to come across as aloof. I actually care about others. However, this world has turned us cold and vicious.

As a result, we have a society full of unhappy people. More than half of all marriages end in divorce. More than half of all young individuals do not believe in marriage. We need to return to a time when it was natural to speak to strangers and it was unnatural not to be polite.

Back in the day, people truly believed in love and cared about their neighbors. We need to rediscover our self-esteem. We must all be the change we want to see in the world. We must heal ourselves and begin to love ourselves again.

People who are happy are successful. This is due to the fact that being happy makes it easier to stay motivated to achieve your goals. Your thoughts have a big impact on your life and the quality of your interactions with family members, friends, and significant others. Some argue that our attitudes and beliefs have a greater impact on our health than contemporary medicine. Consider the following examples:

A middle-aged man dies a day after his doctor diagnoses him with cancer, despite the fact that his autopsy reveals he was misdiagnosed.

Many women who are desperate for a child will begin to experience real pregnancy symptoms, such as cravings and an increase in the size of their breasts, despite the fact that they are not pregnant.

•      People suffering from depression who engage in clinical trials for new antidepressants begin to notice an improvement in their emotions, despite the fact that they were given a placebo rather than the actual treatment.
